Zagg was very quick to send a replacement screen protector, when after about three months, the original protector began puckering. �I was delighted to see Zagg honored their warranty as promised.
The only criticism: When Zagg shipped the replacement, it came in a full retail package. �However, the cleaning/positioning solution bottle was 100% EMPTY. �As a substitution, I used alcohol wipes to clean the screen of the cell phone and plain water to position the new protector. �However, this method was not a good as using the factor cleaner/positioning solution.�
